REFUND & RETURNS POLICY — MIKE’S TRACK BUILDING

No refunds on digital downloads
All products sold on Mike’s Track Building are digital download files. Once a purchase is completed and your download link has been issued, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product is a digital file delivered immediately upon payment
- You are not entitled to a refund once the download link has been issued
- No physical goods are shipped and no returns are applicable
Before you buy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Before buying, please:
- Check the product description carefully to confirm the track is compatible with your sim racing title and version
- Watch the preview videos available on each product page and on our YouTube channel
- Review the WIP gallery images for the track you are interested in
- Contact us via our social media channels if you have any questions prior to purchasing
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if you are charged but your download link is never delivered due to a technical fault on our end. In this case, contact us and we will either reissue your download or provide a full refund.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us promptly and we will refund the duplicate charge.
